I'm from Ohio, as are most of my clients. Only about 60 percent of licenses work to fill in the information fields. Also, you need to hold the card very loosely so it doesn't go in crooked and clipping the corners of the scan. The duplex printing feature is handy and I like that the image is saved as a single panorama rather than two separate front and back files. The scanner is cheap, but that could be overlooked if the software were reliable. It is not. I bought it so I no longer have to enter customer details. A pretty big disappointment. It might work differently with cards from other states, but as far as I know the rest of the states use the same technology.
