I love this hair tool! My hair is mostly naturally straight, but some of the strands around my ears and at the back of my head tend to frizz or wave whether I blow dry or blow dry them. I can straighten my hair with it in a fraction of the time. Make sure your hair is completely dry and apply a heat protectant serum before applying heat. Then part your hair (I attached the top half) and run the comb (see photo 2) through your hair. You can also leave the hair loose and comb it all over the mane, but I wanted to target the wavy strands mentioned above. I love how close it gets to the hairline and doesn't leave wrinkles like a regular flat iron. The part that gets hot is further in so the tool head doesn't get really hot, just a little hot so you don't burn yourself easily. The kit includes a thermal protection glove for hands that do not use a flat iron. I've found it works wonders for adding shine to my little baby hair and taming it. I don't have to heat/comb my hair for long and once seems to be enough. Because of this, it seems less harmful than a regular iron. I am very impressed. I can't wait to try this on my friends with naturally curly hair to see if it works just as well on other hair types. Have fun judging!
