I'd been in the market for an affordable, relatively light weight double wide hammock for camping/bushcrafting/bug-out (double width to achieve a proper diagonal lay in the hammock [ / ] ). I've spent about 2 1/2 hours in it so far, and thus far pleased. I'll update if necessary. With this hammock, having made my own temporary ridgeline, and found the correct "sag", in a diagonal lay position, it's very comfortable. The sewn on color accent at the edge is extraneous and won't bear much weight, though it cradles my head fine. The tree straps and carabiner appear to be strong and good quality. It could stand an aftermarket bug net, but those are easily attached. I do suggest that serious users make or invest in a Ridgeline which has several advantages. it helps with the deployment of the hammock, ensures the correct "sag", provides a "hand hold" when sitting up/getting out, will hold up a bug netting. Good value for the price.
