Review on WOOWAVE by Matthew Shankar

As a fan of water sports, I couldn't wait to check out the selection and sage advise at WOOWAVE's web store. Unfortunately, I have had nothing but negative experiences with WOOWAVE. The things I ordered and received were of such low quality that some of them arrived broken. The stitching fell undone after only a few uses, and the materials used were cheap and flimsy. WOOWAVE's customer service was extremely unhelpful when I tried to return the damaged equipment and they flat-out refused to honor their return policy. The so-called "expert advice and guidance" was also utterly useless. The employees appeared to be uninformed about the items they were selling, since they frequently provided wrong or conflicting information. They were also incredibly unhelpful when I asked questions, which made it tough to make educated purchases. In general, WOOWAVE's online shop is not somewhere you should spend your money. Their items are subpar, and they provide abysmal support to their customers. Don't bother coming here for all your water sport equipment needs.
