It really helps me understand where my business needs are in terms or future staffing need which can be helpful for strategic planning! I do not like how slow it takes too long sometimes because they have lots of work coming through every day making processing slower than average but overall everything works fine so far i am happy with this system we use daily here at our office! nothing as much yet just using everyday trying out different things see if it suits us well enough! Nothing specifically dislike about anything its pretty great all around!! Great tool when looking into your organization's current talent shortage areas.

Also good way to know what skills you may lack within department/job title etc.. Understanding who has high turnover rates among other staff members also makes sense once again knowing exactly why people leave their job and possibly help them improve there working conditions. This software allows easy management by giving quick feedbacks to employees regarding performance issues via email notifications.
