I've used it on two rental car trips and this unit works great and seems solid enough. I use it with the big Oneplus 9 Pro phone and it fits great. I don't see any problems with the construction and given the price it's worth it. Yes you lose field of view to see your gauges but I still see the speedometer to the right of my phone and the truth is I only use it for GPS maps and my speed is on google maps so that's it no problem. One problem I have is when there are a lot of tight corners, turning off the steering wheel makes them hard to see, but that's rarely an obstacle and worth the space and visibility it offers. Elastic durable and flexible, the springs are strong, I am satisfied with this product.
