They were delivered this morning, I opened the package, after 10 seconds I have a clean sink draining normally. My sink has been clogged for the past few months. I have used a lie based clog remover and it has usually worked in removing this clog from a few days to a few weeks. The blockade of the last few days was the worst ever. The water just wouldn't go away. I've been brushing my teeth in the kitchen for a week just because I don't want to get in trouble. So when I used the excavator I was very surprised to see that it pulled a ball of long black hair out of the sewer. My hair is cut short and I live alone so I think it's from a previous tenant. In hindsight I thought I should have taken a picture but I already threw it away. It was terrible! I only used the plastic part as that was all that was needed. I'll warn you right now, I didn't remove the cork so it fitted fine. Be careful when removing the tool as you may make a mess. Mine wasn't terrible, but I could see there could be crap all over the place if I pulled it out. I seriously feel like this is the home version of Dr. Pimple Popper Viewer is.
