I've used a variety of bags in the past, from shoulder bags to backpacks. I was looking for a more professional bag when I started a new job and I stumbled upon it and gave it a try. I've been using it every day for more than a month, no complaints. The adjustable shoulder strap is easy to adjust but still holds tight and won't slip off. The size of the bag is great. I can fit a laptop, portable monitor, mouse, cable bag, multiple laptops and my empty water bottle. Durability is good as I've stretched it with heavy loads and it rebounds well. The inner lining is soft and thin, and the thickness of the case provides protection.
