This chair shipped and got to my mother's place in 2 days via Fed Ex. Both boxes (comes in 2 boxes) came together, and the chair was simple to set-up, even without the instructions. The chair is very comfortable, and my mom is 5"0, medium build, so this was actually on the larger side for her, so I added a memory foam pillow under the plaid blanket to put against her back as well as a headrest type pillow on top. The functions for the massage and heat all worked perfectly out of the box, and this lifts and reclines to nearly flat and nearly standing. This seems very sturdy and well-built. I think this was an excellent purchase for the price, and my mom really is enjoying it as well.
