I have two puffed lantern holders on brass feet. I've cut 10-12 inch cones in the past to fit 9 inch Hurricanes. During the Christmas holidays I had to wash the glass from soot and the bottom of candles from wax. I've been looking for 5-7 inch skittles the week before Christmas to no avail! Found them and decided to give it a try. They were supposed to arrive on December 28th (after Christmas, but to my delight they arrived the next day, 4 days before Christmas). ! They worked great - no soot, no melting wax, 2-4-6-8 timer, and they looked beautiful - much like a glowing flame. Now the moving flames look white during the day, but they look very real at night! I wish they were made in more colors (without changing colors) so I could release them in spring or fall. VERY HAPPY! As a bonus, they were packaged very well.
