I have spinal stenosis and am beginning to feel unwell. This product helps me so much with shoulder and back problems that I ordered a second set. I love that you can control the suction strength as some pain areas are more sensitive than others. I don't like the bruising that occurs when using this product, but I have found that once you apply it, moving it within the target area or reducing the suction every few minutes will help minimize bruising. I wish there was a way to attach them to my back unaided.
