WARNING! They cheat their customers!

I usually fill my cartridges myself, but this time I needed a new set. Out of curiosity I decided to add some ink to these brand new cartridges and was shocked to find that right out of the box they are HALF EMPTY! The black cartridge was the most annoying as it used up an entire 25ml syringe of ink. I suspect they only fill them up just enough to give your printer a "full" ink level. They earned 1 star for the actual work in the printer.
