I have used the pan twice so far. This is hand wash. This works very well. I add a little butter every time. If you have trouble flipping, let the pancake cook a little longer, maybe even reduce the heat. Use the rubber spatula that came with the pan to get under the pancakes. If it's still too soft, wait a few seconds. Another tip: the dough should be a little thinner. Usually my mixture is thick for fluffy pancakes. I added another tablespoon of liquid (recipe calls for 1/2 cup). Keep the temperature in the medium range and be patient. I'll let you know if I notice the finish coming off the pan or having sticking issues.
