Review on CHUWI CoreBook Processor Keyboard Lightweight by Cary Clemons

I'm really impressed with this laptop. I have no complaints. I'm not a gamer so can't comment on how this will run graphics intensive games and the like. But for what I use it for, web browsing and ordering, email and YouTube videos, it works great! The mouse touchpad works fine. I've had laptops in the past where the mouse touchpad was annoying and useless and ended up plugging in a wired or wireless mouse. This touchpad works so well that I don't even think about using it. Once I've mastered all the gestures you use with the touchpad, it doesn't bother me at all. The only minor thing I wish this laptop had at least 2 USB 2.0 or 3.0 ports. Only 1, but for me it's not critical. The keyboard is pleasant and takes some getting used to. The keys are very responsive and hit just enough for efficient typing. I like that the keyboard is backlit. It has 2 brightness settings or off. It's handy in dark rooms, and I think it helps with the impressive looks of a budget laptop. Battery life is great! I haven't really timed it to see if it lives up to the ads, but have been using it on battery power for long periods of time without charging. It also boots up and shuts down in 10 seconds or less. After downloading it, I can use it immediately. With my old laptop I better not try to do anything just because it booted up and loaded my home screen because it still booted up and I just got a spinning circle. But not this notebook. It's ready to use as soon as I get my home screen with no lag. It's quick and fast, does everything I need right out of the box. I would definitely recommend this laptop to anyone on a budget. Can't comment on durability yet, but I've been using it daily for about a month now and haven't had any issues at all. I was skeptical about buying just because of the brand name, I had never heard of it. But I researched the brand and found many video reviews showing their impressive qualities and based my decision on them.
