Great for small wrist
I have small wrist and a lot of times weights for wrist tend to slip off or be very loose but not these. Well distributed weight through out. Would recommend them for any one who is looking for weights. Easy to use on legs or wrist.
- 8 pounds is heavy! Wouldn't recommend wearing them long but they are very nice
- The weights may start to smell unpleasant after prolonged use, making them unappealing to wear
