Easy to use and great customer service!!

The ease in which to use, it's functionality as well its ability to create custom templates makes this software easy! I have found many things that are not intuitive or user friendly (such an adding new users) but nothing majorly negative about NDDprint360 so far!! It has been great working with our customer service team who were very helpful when we had any issues during setup/training etc..
They worked closely together ensuring all was going smoothly before taking over my accounts from me while i went away due maternity leave :).
