I'm so glad I bought these shoes! They are very well constructed with quality materials and offer perfect support, balance and comfort. The size (9 for me) is perfect for a perfect (that's the word again) fit - snug enough but not constricting or shifting as you move. Sides to ensure stability without sacrificing movement. The heel has a solid inner cup lined with soft satin fabric that is non-chafing and also supported by outer panels. I was able to run 10 miles straight away without having to gradually break in. The training afterwards was consistently good. I mostly use paved trails, which is where this shoe excels, though not necessarily on slippery, wet surfaces. The soles also don't have enough "hooks" for rougher terrain in my opinion. I will most likely get another pair as a backup considering how quickly shoe styles go out of business.
