Great product. Great company.
The eyeglasses strap seemed durable but broke after wearing one for two days even though I watched the recommended YouTube video (watch it) that said the end wouldn't break off. NO PROBLEM! I contacypted the seller. They immediately responded, apologized, and said they would replace it. After a few days I not only received one replacement strap but another package of four straps. What a great company to deal with!
