I usually wear a US 10.5 Wide. So sometimes I need 11 if the shoes are tight. I've never had a shoe I've ever bought, I needed a size 11.5. In these I did. So order at least 1/2 size larger and be prepared to send them back 1/2 size larger. One reviewer said they are not small and should be snug and "give them time to adjust". Cozy is one thing, but being so small you can't even put your feet in is another. If you can't even get your feet in, or if you can but your feet are so congested that they hurt, then they are too small. Take a larger size. Once I got the right size they were very comfortable and supported me well. And they look good and solid.
