I was quite concerned about the 14-inch screen's tiny diagonal. I was working on a 23" monoblock before that. It turned out to be perfect for my tasks (at work). Yes, because the laptop doesn't come with an operating system, you must download and install drivers from the official ASUS website in order to make all of the F1-F9 keys functional (brightness, volume, keyboard backlight, etc.).
