It's definitely not perfect but they are constantly working to improve their service/features so that we can continue seeing great results from them!! We're solving many issues regarding billing accuracy as well - something very important during COVID times where people aren't going out much due to social distancing rules etc., This helps keep accurate records up until now without having too rely heavily upon other systems like Quickbooks / Sage X3 ect..
