Overall, easy-to use system for small businesses

I enjoy how it makes my job easier by providing me with all of this information in one place! It's definitely not perfect but they are constantly working to improve their service/features so that we can continue seeing great results from them!! They have been able help us solve our problems quickly & efficiently which has helped immensely when dealing w clients who need immediate attention or answers (which happens quite often). We're solving many issues regarding billing accuracy as well…

  • Fast response turnaround between hours AND emails sent back within minutes after responding

Using Integrated Billing Has Been Amazing

I like that it has all of my insurance information in one place so there are no more phone calls to different companies! It's very user friendly which makes finding what you need super simple as well!! My only dislike about this program was having an issue with them not being able fix our problem when we called their help desk multiple times they never really helped us get back up & running until after hours or even days later. So if your looking into getting integrated billing then definitely

  • Great customer service, always helpful whenever needed along w many options for payment plans including easy ways todo make bill payments via credit card also direct banking option available within site itself..greatly appreciated by employees here @ school district where used every day everyday

Great for patient record keeping and sharing

The simplicity of using this software makes it an excellent tool to use in our organization! I like that you can have multiple people access at once (we are able add up all their inputs into one document). This has made inputting information much easier than having everyone enter info individually or through different web sites/apps etc.. Sometimes we will get disconnected from internet but not always so be sure if your connection drops out just pause until reconnected otherwise everything gets

  • That its easy for staff members who don't know how computers work, also very user friendly even tech savvy users find themselves easily navigating around without error

Patient-centered care software review - is it a good tool to use in the future or just an implementation update?

I like that it is patient-centered and offers a variety of tools to create and deliver patient-centered care. The software does not have a great user interface. It requires a lot of learning and training time to utilize all of the potential benefits of the software. I wish that we had much faster access to patient-centered messaging. I like the ability to connect to providers and make sure I'm getting the right care for my patients. It is a little clunky to navigate sometimes and the UI could…
