I got this shortly before a trip that I knew would be quite rainy. First, the positives: the color is very cute and the fit is flattering. There's a tie at the waist to cinch it from the inside. It's lightweight and fits easily in a carry on for travel. It works well as a windbreaker or in light rain. Unfortunately, this won't keep you dry in anything more than a light rain. It starts to soak through pretty quickly if you're in medium or heavy rain and once it's wet, it takes a while to dry again. I still use it and would recommend it as a lightweight option for casual wear, but don't expect it to keep you dry if you're walking several blocks in a heavy rain.
