The good: it got my area rug (approximately 12’ x 10’) cleaned from nearly all of the dog hair.The not so great: it took 16 sheets of the sticky paper to do the job. I would roll it 2-3 feet picking up the dog hair but then I needed to tear off the used sheet and begin where I left off with a new one. So yes it worked quite well but I doubt I would use it all of the time as I had hoped, because it would be too expensive.This came with the roller (which is a bit flimsy but works okay) as well as replacement rolls of the sticky paper.I did the math and it comes to a bit over $1 each time I would use it just for this one area rug.Picture #1 sticky papers from one cleaningPicture #2 a clean rug with the adorable dog who unfortunately sheds a lot
