Worst item I have ever bought online or anywhere else.
Worst product I have ever bought online or anywhere. This printer is an absolute disaster, not only does it not work, the printer software will not install, I am a retired teacher and have run computer labs and this is the first time I have come across a product that just doesn't work, me called the service tech support and they couldn't get it to work due to a serious problem with the software installation, this printer is completely useless and unfortunately a waste of time.
