Review on Convector Noirot Spot E-3 Plus 1000, white by Adam Adam ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

It's not a bad product, nothing extraordinary.

Noirot Spot E-3 Plus 1000, compared to Nobo, it's just kind of cheap! I have been using Nobo C4F10 at home for more than 5 years, so there is something to compare with. Noirot was bought at the dacha, in principle, it will do, but, one wonders, why such an overpayment - the price of Noirot is 2-3 times higher than any Zanussi, Ballu and the like?! If I had known, I would have bought Nobo, even if it was more expensive. And I thought Noirot and Nobo are manufacturers of the same level, but nothing like that. If you want to buy a really high-quality convector, then only Nobo, no options. (For those who are interested, Nobo C4F10 has been discontinued, Nobo NFC 4S 10 is being released instead, there is still Nobo NFK 4S 10).

Pros
  • works.
Cons
  • 1) Uneven heating of the grate: on the right it almost does not heat, on the left it heats up so that it cannot be touched. For comparison, in my old convector Nobo C4F10, the grate heats up evenly, the body is hot, but not red-hot. 2) The temperature on the wheel (which we set) does not correspond to the actual temperature in the room. On the contrary, with the old Nobo, if I set 25 degrees, then the electronic thermometer in the room shows exactly 25 degrees, no more, no less. 3) Short power cord (about 0.5m). Nobo has a 1.2 m cord. 4) Flimsy fastening of the legs, there is a chance to break the plastic clips (it can be seen that the French have saved). At Nobo, the legs are made thoroughly, they are attached like a bracket to the back of the case.
