Beginning of the installation of the 4th aquarium. This is a ten liter tank. I put two bags of this sand in it. Nice color but some of the sand has floated to the top of the tank. Thus, there is a complete layer of sand on top of the tank. Has anyone else experienced this or know why it happened? Update: The filter helps push sand down but for some reason the filter stopped working shortly after turning it on, I'm not sure if sand got in or not. I'm sure everything will be fine once I get the filter working again or buy a new one and the sand starts to settle. The time will show.
