Review on Men's Outdoor Fleece Hat Scarf Set - Winter Beanie with Visor and Earflaps by Jamal Edwards

Full Disclaimer: I work outside I get dirty the hat hasn't just been used it's been abused. With that in mind, my rating is based on the factors I just identified. While trying it on and it was warm, I didn't use a bandana at all. Delivered on October 30th, now early March, so it's been about four months and the cap is falling apart from working outside too much and washing it in the washer and dryer several times a week. After the first couple of washes, a piece of the visor came loose and swam into the closed fabric. With the extra time, abuse, washing and drying, another piece of the visor came loose on the opposite side and now holes have formed in the fabric on both sides of the visor as well. It's safe to say that a hat is definitely not made for outdoor work, where it gets dirty and washed several times a week. Spring is coming and I'm hoping the hat lasts a little longer before it's thrown away or I find a way to recycle the fabric into something else. Now for the good. The hat is very warm and keeps your head and ears warm even on cold winter days. The visor, although it fell apart early on, helped protect my eyes from the sun while I was working. The shards are on the edges, so luckily they can be used for now. This is a comfortable hat and while it's not meant to take the abuse I put it through, I would recommend it if you're considering buying this hat and scarf set for social use and maybe the occasional wash. A total of three stars. If I bought this hat/scarf for a social cause I would rate it higher.
