The shipping container looks good, leading me to believe the case was broken.
The hard case was broken on arrival ie when I grab it by the carry handle it all squirts out. This is exactly what happened when I first pulled it out of the shipping box. The shipping box looks good, which leads me to believe that the box broke before it was packed. The rest of the tool looks fine. All spare parts are. Will be updated if used correctly.
