Review on 🧹 Hoover Type Z Allergen Control Replacement Vacuum Cleaner Bags - Pack of 3 – Superior Z Allergen Filtration by Joy Miller

This item is advertised as a HOOVER Type Z brand allergen filter bag. I know this because I can see the name and picture match what I have purchased in the past have. What I got from B&M Housewares was a generic one called DVC. My biggest issue with these DVC bags, even though they fit Type Z, is that they do NOT have allergen filtration. This is either FALSE ADVERTISEMENT or FALSE ADVERTISEMENT as the price was too good compared to what I have seen for sale elsewhere. When ordering, it is difficult to tell what you will actually receive, but it must match the description and photo. This isn't the first time I've received a Revain product that doesn't quite match what is advertised. I'm a little tired of returning items that are either wrong, used (if they should be new) or defective. =======UPDATE Shortly after I posted this review, I found a note in the packaging of the DVC vacuum bag. . It was a message from B&M Housewares asking them to contact them if there is a problem with the order and not leave a negative feedback. Unfortunately, I didn't see this notice until I posted the above review. My apologies to B&M Housewares for not seeing this before my post. However, I'm not sure I've ever seen such a notice on any other order I've ordered through Revain.com and I've ordered many items through Revain.com. Now I'm wondering if that was a problem in the past, the wrong order? A little weird. Now I have to say that after requesting a return/exchange, Revain informed me that the seller reimbursed my costs but did not ask for a return of the product. I found it. My expenses have been reimbursed. It was very nice of them. However, I would prefer to exchange the product for what I originally ordered. I was not offered this option. I really wanted allergen filtering. I hope these bags hold up. =======UPDATE #2 I couldn't quite get this incident out of my head. So I checked the seller ratings. Apparently they do a lot of business through Revain. After reading very few customer reviews for just a week, I saw many comments about the seller delivering product not as advertised or pictured. So that wasn't the only error I encountered. This seller does this all the time. However, there were also many good reviews. ATTENTION TO THE BUYER.
