- Update - My rating went up 4 stars. The company provided us with replacement fittings for two chairs. everything is fixed The following rating is current. We ended up with 6 chairs. Some floors were painted black, others had no paint. There were pieces of wood on some corner brackets under the seat. I would consider returning, but it shouldn't cause any structural problems for a while. They look very nice in our new dining room. We bought two sets of these chairs to move into a new apartment. They arrived quickly. The first two were easy to assemble and I put them together in minutes. They are very comfortable and fit exactly as expected. However, the second set I bought came with the wrong hardware. They are currently disassembled in our closet because the wrong screws/washers were attached to the chairs and there were no dowels in the package. After contacting the seller they sent the replacement parts but it took them a week to let us know. Also, we ordered a third pair so we have more for visitors and they came with others. One leg of the chair is a bit short and the cushions have a different feel. I believe our experience is consistent with other quality controls. But they are beautiful.
