The fan started making very loud noises and at maximum speed it started to slow down as it wasn't letting enough air through to cool my aquarium. When I asked for a refund, the seller started explaining to me how the fans work, that they are not silent and they do not blow cold air. I found it very unprofessional and just had to file a claim with Amazon because the seller was unhelpful and didn't accept my return. In general, the product is not of good quality.
