Yes, I received this CD player about 3 weeks ago and it is good. So this CD player has an average ESP of 45 seconds since most CD players only have a 40 second ESP. The sound is great, the headphones are great, but I would use the headphones I have. I also like the fact that I can play CD-RWs in this CD player, but the bad thing is that it only plays around 10-11 hours, so get rechargeable batteries. I recommend NI-CD or NI-Mh batteries. Now you don't want to drop this CD player or the lid will break like my friend's CD player and mine did, but I replaced it. But overall this CD player is great if you're on a budget but don't go with Panasonic.
