Terrible Instructions
I received this light and assembled it then installed it in my home office but the instructions on how to connect it are very unclear as it only has two wires, a hot wire and a common wire, it has NO ground wire . As far as I can tell it's grounding through the bracket, I'm no idiot, I deal with airplane wiring every day so they really need to get the instructions clearer. If you have the same problem, all the black wires are tied together and connected to the hot wire on the ceiling. All white wires are common and connected to the common wire on the ceiling.
