I did a test run with this screen protector (with the display on) to see if it fits and that's fine too as this screen protector does NOT cover the display completely covers . I measured it and it was just under 10 3/16 inches. While this might seem like a small difference compared to 10 1/4 inches, the problem is that the edge of the protective film sits squarely *on* the text around the entire edge of the display, noticeably distorting the entire edge of the display becomes. The correct size screen protector must extend beyond the size of the actual screen; this protective film does not even reach the edge.
