At first I thought this was a great tool. Used it last year and it washed away the dirt. 2nd use this year and part of the stick flew straight into my kettle! I'm not sure if there's any way to extract or damage something inside (e.g. an electric heating element). Stay away from this product. so you don't end up in the same position. Find one that has the wand part firmly attached and not just stuck there. I ordered a replacement for the hose that burst into my water heater. (Never heard a word from Camco about it)! Got a new one and found the hose has split and will probably do the same - blow out! Revain sent replacements quickly - good service. Same - cracked open and ready to blow into another unsuspecting water heater tank. It's just good old Craxxxxx. Obviously Camco doesn't do anything for quality control but Revain - I'm surprised. It is useful to write a review - I have not read the seller or Revine.
