Reading the description and looking at the pictures, it seemed to me that it was just a frame that was applied around the rear-view mirror from the outside, but when I received it, it was a whole one A mirror thing would be good for those who want a new mirror but I have a 2018 Nissan Murano Platinum and a few things are escaping from the rear view mirror so I couldn't put it there I was very disappointed I just wanted to Have bling in the corners. I had to send it back but it turned out to be well made and it had spring loaded plastic clips on the back four of them that attached to your mirror.
