Review on πŸͺ‘ The Ultimate Ergonomic Task Chair: NOUHAUS ErgoTASK/Draft - Computer and Office Chair with Headrest and Wheels by Janet Brown

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Easy assembly but some parts are broken; 5/16 Rating Update

I bought and assembled this chair but it was broken. A small ball bearing has fallen out where the headrest inserts into the back of the chair, causing the headrest to not adjust properly and is binding. The hanger screw on the jacket is not fully screwed in and this is clearly visible. Kind of low-skill, in my opinion. Today I wrote to their support team to request replacement parts. I will update my review as they resolve these issues. In general, the stool does not seem to be too strong / strong, but over time we have to take care of it. I'm 6ft 1in and 230lbs and the chair is rated for people up to 275lbs. It is, however, more comfortable than the wooden chair I was sitting on, but that might not be a fair comparison. I hope that the support team will write to me soon, otherwise I will return the chair. Also, they sent extra screws. If I didn't know how to build things I would think I put them together wrong. Update 05/16: I was immediately sent a new chair. They said it was a brand new chair and I was one of the first customers so they are still sorting out the kinks. They also incorporated my feedback into their quality assurance processes. I'm really impressed with their customer service and how they handled everything in general. Even after sitting in the chair for a week it's actually quite good, especially considering the price and now the excellent customer service. Because of this I have updated my review.
