Review on Visual Matrix PMS by Rich Ferguson

I like it because you can manage your entire building very easily! Great software for managing guests from check ins through checkout (both online AND offline).

The app works well but sometimes when there are many people at one time trying access their computers they get stuck loading/downloading files too slow which slows down everyone else's process!! If anyone wants good system - this would be great! We use visual matrix mainly so we have better control overall guest flow within our hotels; however if u need help call support team anytime 24hrs 7 days even nights. So far no issues yet everything running smoothly since implementing VMMS. !
