The service is of top standards. I have never experienced anything that could be classified as "down time" but their customer support has always been there to help solve any issues we've come across during peak season or off-season seasons like Christmas. They make things very easy for you. Their automated scheduling makes life so much easier when having problems with multiple loads or moving/loading equipment at once. When using more than just one vehicle their service team was always available to resolve any issues that popped up while trying to process several vehicles in quick succession (examples include loading at 4am from 5 trucks into a single trailer all within a few minutes). It's an incredible logistical tool they have created! Great product! Definitely look into this if considering similar tools out there. We use them primarily during holiday peak times and are able to keep track of load movements as well as receiving load movement confirmations via email. I like that you can easily track shipments from start to finish using this software as well as being able to generate invoices with ease! The customer support is great too!! Nothing really at all but if they could make their pricing more competitive then i would have no complaints about anything else in regards of pep 3pl products/services. We are solving problems such tracking shipping orders for customers who want an easy way out without having someone come into there office or store etc...
