Great Product weighs up to 330 lbs. Came in original packaging with no additional packaging. Result: A zipper on the suitcase broke. Star deduction for a broken zipper and improper packaging. According to mfg manual (one page) it should come with batteries; it had no batteries and was not installed by the manufacturer. I opened the scale's battery compartment and found a corroded contact. Battery leaked in device; The device is not "new" as advertised.
