I bought these because of Covid-19. Face masks have become mandatory in New York State. Surgical masks kept breaking and we needed something of good quality that offered some protection. You are really good. The material is thick so you get ample coverage and protection. It's not just a piece of pointless tissue on your face. I'll probably wear a surgical mask indoors just for extra protection. Also, it's still pretty cold in New York. Will definitely use it for colder weather in the future too. My only concern is that as it gets warmer I may have to find another option. They have a light fleece inside which is nice. Just not for hot weather. In general a good product.
