These are great little containers, just what I was looking for to replace some of the glass containers and they are quite heavy and bulky. Very useful, dishwasher safe (top shelf), microwave and freezer safe for pre-portioned salads and portions of oatmeal or smoothies from the grain-free refrigerator. I've never used glass in the oven, although I thought I could. With the lid closed and measured at the widest point, they are approximately 5 inches wide, 5 inches deep and 3.25 inches high. I don't like that the seller doesn't offer this. (and how to get rid of the stickiness) The only problem is that the barcode label (one for each container) is very difficult to remove without special measures (see below).
