Excellent replacement fairing. There were no instructions in the kit, and at first glance nothing seemed to work. When I started installing it, it wouldn't even stay in the grooves. But then I flipped it and installed it and it worked great. It looks like it should be set in one direction, but that's the wrong way. After about 5-10 minutes of practice I got the hang of it and was able to mount it practically with my bare fingers with a small flathead screwdriver here and there. I measured the length I wanted and put it in the sun for a few minutes, which helped soften it and made it easier to install. It took about 2 hours to replace about 70 feet of trim. There was a lot of dirt under the old skin that needed cleaning. After the new pad was in place, I sealed the ends with a small amount of silicone. Looks MUCH better! The hardest part was climbing the stairs about 50 times!
