I like that it is so easy to use, you don't have to do much at all to actually get things set up! It's easy enough for new people in your organization to figure out quickly how to create their own personal account/settings without needing help from an administrator or HR rep. There are some features which still need work (e.g., not allowing for "sub-accounts" within accounts). Also, when someone has requested sick time they should be able to clock into that day if there were any hours left over from previous days; currently, this doesn't happen automatically. For most organizations, having an official system where everyone knows what times they're allowed to take will make life easier for anyone looking to take time off. We also save money by eliminating payroll mistakes and making sure our time sheet data matches with Payroll information.
