This is a universal mount for everything, I don't know why it isn't included in the AP. If they replaced the supplied plastic with this [plastic or metal] it would be a huge improvement and would result in a faster and smoother installation. Removing the hotspot is much more difficult with this mount design and requires a different tool. Due to the design change, people can no longer easily remove the hotspot, maintenance work or theft. This bracket is made of metal and each hole is individually marked so you know which hole to use in a specific situation. Pros: Suitable for anything you will mount the hotspot on [except a pole]. Examine the metal design, plastic does not break. The installation does not require any modifications. some effort to remove the AP, which is considerably larger than the standard mount, possibly by design. Cons: Not included as standard with the AP and must be purchased separately.
