I like that it's easy to use as an employee or contractor with very little technical knowledge required! It makes managing my time much easier than other systems out there in this space - no need anymore of having 5+ different apps open at once just so you can get things done efficiently (aside from Google Docs). The only thing i dislike about NGS was their initial pricing structure but they have since changed over making life more affordable!! There are many benefits here including being able to easily view all tasks/subtasks assigned etc., tracking hours spent working each day & submittal reminders if needed via SMS text messaging service provided through Twilio API integration- great benefit.
