Excellent Customer Service And Grant Writing
The staff members are very knowledgeable about their field of business. They were able to answer all questions I had with my grant writing needs. Their service is amazing! I am currently working with them to write 2 separate grants for my organization. I was not sure what kind of writing they could do for me but they went above and beyond in every way possible. My organization will be using these services again. Not much as far as complaints go. My organization has been granted several successful grants that have helped us tremendously.
Pros
- We received excellent customer support from both our main account rep, Tara Keane (who we work closely), along side another employee named Katelyn Shockey who works directly under her at one point or other throughout various emails etc.Both women made it extremely easy & fun while answering any question(s) via email/phone call when ever needed without hesitation..They also did an exceptional job
