Love it but arrived broken

Only 1 star because it arrived damaged. I purchased this item two and a half months before my baby was due and made the mistake of not inspecting it before the party. I open it and there is a big crack on the glass. I still had my guests sign clouds. I'm hoping by writing this review someone can help me with the exchange as I don't seem to be entering the return/exchange window. Damage aside, the frame is beautiful and the clouds are really cute. I'm really glad I chose this book as my baby shower guest book.
