This machine works wonders. I am so excited to try it after reading the great reviews. Hands down 5 stars. The machine is sooooo quiet, yet is hard at work. Contacted amazon after receiving the package , 2 weeks late by the way, because it was missing quarter tubes. Spoke with amazon customer service and they said I have to wait several days for a form to be emailed to me and filled out and than returned to amazon customer support service.? WHAT ? After that weird phone call with them I contacted Cassida directly. Wow what HUGE DIFFERENCE. Huge shout out to Michael L at Cassida. I explained to him the situation about the missing quarter tubes and he said no problem, we will send you out replacement tubes right away ! No paper to fill out no excuses unlike amazon. He walked me through what form I had fill out on there website, which by the way took less than 60 seconds and than boom clicked submit. Thank you Cassida for your AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE and wonderful products. You have a customer for life.
